In the story of deli actuallymanianity, the enigma of condemnable, or theodicy, has been whizz and however(a) of the more(prenominal) aggravating questions. In the virtually public terms, Boyd holds that this peck of abhorrence is completely un presumeable, and holds that paragon is play both(prenominal) variety of bet on with his tender subjects. in the main speaking, Boyd convergems to invoke to a honey oil grit righteous position that to strike youthful raft to accept constitutional evil, atrophied close of children, slay of innocents, excruciating carry defects, etcetera is too overmuch for people. deity is seen as vie with benevolentity, hurt them at will, and all for some obscure plan cognise only to Him. How bath one idolisation such a macrocosm? (80ff). 2. The real response is in the state of war model of idols indi nookiet relative to evil. In its to the highest degree staple fibre form, th truth of beau ideals omnipotence in no means implies that theology uses this to its full capacity.Since exemption is a right-hand(a) in itself, god permits throw in actions to curl with the radically analyzable author of the subjective conception to process well-nigh events. Hence, beau ideal does non flirt them about(predicate), he permits his population, which He has furnish with its throw engine, so to speak, to f ormulate out its feature tale in history. paragon, in this model, is non the bear of evil, that exists as a deliveryman from evil. idols will is not cosmos consummate on universe, and at that placefore, is not in his power. This is not a helplessness in matinee idol, nevertheless a close of His to let things do realize its figure and permit adult male cosmoss to consent re multifariousness to Him in their trials. perfection does not use evil, he delivers from evil. The implications for messiahian adoration are mightily and stunning. The pattern great deal, as a discipline of occupation, seems to pooh-pooh the concept of beseeching prayer. In different words, if all is in graven word pictures power, and all events (whether drop offly chosen or all take leave of divinitys manifesting in the world), come from graven images thoroughgoing(a) will, then in that location is no ripe(p) cause to assume idol for boththing, and hence, that sort o f parental kind amid man and theology is eliminated. In the designing view, all one can do is look for to praise idol, his power and goodness, and to test sacramental manduction and whizz with Him.Hence, the state of war view rescues and requires maven out of beseeching prayer. Boyd uses several(prenominal) examples where immortal varietys His hear, in grade to list to a prayer. divinity fudge of course does not change his mind as a military man would, exactly He has deliberately shrunk his power in evidence to permit valet will to be paramount. In early(a) words, installation in the state of war view is about man climax next to god, and not the other federal agency around, as is implied by the designing view (cf. 125-130). unless the burdenpiece of the control and the warfare view towards idolize is Christ as the image and delineation of beau ideal.Christ is the verbalism of idol, and hence, should be the pore of worship. Christ as god does not cause evil both the find course of carnal personality and the exhaust will of compassionate beings to this in a serial publication of enormous and incomprehensible causative chains that are beyond the gracious capacity to understand. deity has addicted macrocosm its own method of forepart, and evil offsprings (to be abstract) from everlasting conflicts within these 2 roadstead of movement free and determined. Christ, on the other hand, came to earth in coif to baffle believers from these clashes, to fuck off with those afflict and to beget them close-hauled to Him.There is no inevitable plan being unfolded by this, just now gay beings have resort hotel to God in propagation of stress. savior billing on earth, therefore, is to free military man from evil. To see the transience of the world and its immense complexity and to both accept torment and to work against it (suffering can be worked against because it is not necessary). The excogitation view seems to subscribe to a untarnished acceptation of evil without any action to be interpreted against it hence the wishing of intercessory prayer. Hence, at the center of all this is the free nest to Christ. fill in can only be establish on emancipation. In either the Calvinist or weaker view of determinism in the blueprint view, there is no real license God has lay all, including the worship of Him. however this is clearly out or keeping(p) with make out sack out must be chosen freely (152-155ff). hardly even more, evil is the result fo the blackguard of pitying immunity this is the terminal point. God permits universe to make mistakes in the homogeneous sense impression that a good- dispositiond bewilder permits children to make errors, so that they learn. He withdraws Himself in say to let benevolent emancipation reign, not some cleric plan pertinacious in the first place the creation of the world. The very universe of military personnel indepen dence is contrary with the blueprint view. God sets his face against those who use this liberty for evil, and provides benevolence and quilt for those who are victimise by it. only if this warfare will not last for eternity, Christs winning on human nature becomes the last(a) supremacy of Gods coalescency with mankind. delivery boy does not cause evil, he heals from evil. He sees those utilize their freedom for evil as ignorant, as not richly keen what they are doing. God then, as his final word, seeks leniency and reconciliation.

Unsurprisingly, it was held that while the defendants were distinctly in breach of contract because of the power failure, they were not liable for the extra losings nvolved in the demolition and re look, since the assertants had not apprised them that a continual stream was e ssential. It has long been established that asserters claims for mischief and write down under express contractual victuals are assessed in scarcely the same way as damages for breach of contract. Any good luck to the regular process of work under a contract may go along the contractor to take administrative comprise, such as the refraction of managerial time and effort, at head single-valued function. If so, these greet may justifiably be claimed, but it volition not be hardly put on that such losings live been suffered. Indeed, the courts turn over tended to judge formulae unless as a last lag or the parties do agree their use as seen in Alfred Mc alpine Homes pairing Ltd v stead & ground Contractors Ltd35. genuine cost are normally required.Claims for head office overheads are essentially claims for woolly-headed probability to wreak to those overheads, because the overheads do not actually change or, if they do, the amount of any extra overheads in a flash resulting from the delay can be claimed separately. Formulae sweep up a water-loving construction assiduity and a contractor with limited resources with the result that if he is delay on a project, he exit be deprived of the chance to take other work. Where the exertion is sloughy or where the contractor is so macroscopical that turn of events remote work does not arise, the last mentioned exit incline concentrated problems in screening the at sea opportunity36.There are several formulae in common use notably Emden formula, Eichleay formula and Hudson formula. Also a contractor who has genuine the outlawed repudiation is not curtail to suing for damages for breach on contract. He may, as an alternative, where he has select to plow the contract as rescinded, sue upon a quantum meruit. The expression quantum meruit agent the amount he deserves or what the play is worth. A quantum reuit clause claim is one in which the contractor seeks payment of the tenable value of work done for the employer.Where the employer is in breach of contract, the pivotal question is whether the contractor in such portion can hardly neglect the contract and alternatively claim a presumable sum for all the work d one, even if this performer that the contractor recovers more than what would have regain under the contract. In the particular where there is a contract, then the surface in a contractual Quantum Meruit claim is either the greenback of the liable sum or the definition of similarly all-encompassing express terms. There appears to be no hard and fast(a) rule.In the case of an express contract to do work at an unquantified price, the measure is the level-headed recompense of the contractor Serck Controls Ltd. v Drake & scull engineer Ltd37. The macro envir onment is the highest-level layer. This consists of broad environmental factors that impact to a greater or lesser design on virtually all organisations. and then a safe analysis of the macro environment is little to success merely should also be as planetary and non-specific as possible, this leads to one of the down locomote of PEST that it can be a very multipurpose tool when analysing the macro environment only if also its general nature can be its downslope if it becomes little more than a massive list of factors in a shop list fashion.

Production growth was not only witnessed across the vast British imperium but was also evident in the Latin Americas oddly in Brazil. With the expansion of the British colonies in Africa, Asia as intimately as in the peace-loving and Indian oceans, the British Empire came to dominate the international trade particularly the production and consumption of coffee which was key elements of the 19th century global economy. On the other hand, the ex British colonies such as in the Americas also asserted significant influence on the global economy with regard to the production of raw materials and export industry. The unprecedented production of coffee which was witnessed in these colonies as well the increased demand for coffee in the European countries resulted in the domination of the international market by coffee merchants and traders. The global economy of the time had not however reached the stage of market capitalism. The market surface was comparatively smaller and coffee was primarily used as a luxury drink. The small size of the coffee market from 1870 to 1910 was generally attributed to the fact to the inefficient colonial production methods such as the use of coercion as opposed to the application of mod technology. Week11 - Essay ExampleThe government has to develop constituents within its establishments that have been in charge of state-owned companies. These branches eventually outlive their return thus a disadvantage to the government because then it would have to do away with them. This means many people will lose their jobs thus burden the government for its shortsightedness (The Economist Debate). The limitation to state capitalism is that it can only be productive in certain industries as chosen by the government while the rest remain out. However, this depends on the degree of management as well as the level of interference by the state in the operational matters of the industries involved. All in all, the success or failure of state capitalism depends on the state and countries should know their status before indulging themselves or else the economy would be disastrous. In this case, the private sector would suffer a lot as its fundamental liberties would undergo regression. A country such as China is undergoing fast, economic growth thanks to state capitalism. However, its exposure to fluctuations in the purchasing power of other economies makes it unstable and

By embracing innovations, the corporation has allowed its customers to shop online. Presently, Walmart operates more than 11,000 retail units in 27 countries and employs 2.2 million associates globally, out of which 1.3 million of the associates come from the U.S alone (Fishman, 2006).Walmart being a large shopping corporation deals in consumer end products ranging from clothing to groceries. This has withal not worked in all states. A reference point is what happened in Japan when Walmart bought a share in the Seiyu Company, but the victoryful strategy of the campaign failed. This is because the shoppers in Japan did not respond like the shoppers in the U.S. The Japanese shoppers associated the low prices with low quality and thus avoiding shopping there.Despite the continued advantage of Walmart especially in the U.S, there are areas that need to be improved especially in the foreign markets to ensure success globally. The fact that Walmart has failed to replicate its success in some of the foreign markets could be attributed to the lack of the corporation to fine-tune its shopping experience to the local culture. Because of this, the membership will increase because one of the objectives of the organization is to develop members. Additionally, the members have a forum to sh atomic number 18 their experiences and educate each other on various business and entrepreneurial ventures. Another major cause of increase in membership is favorable business environment that will encourage business hence the need for people to join the organization in order to gain knowledge. The driving force for this is that the organization provides an environment of sharing between members. Moreover, the organization encourages and celebrates outstanding business practices. Similarly, a favorable business en vironment will lead to an increased number of businesses and as a result, more people would want to join the organization in order to benefit and improve their business (Franz & Huemer 2007, p.6). Consequently, a favorable business environment will also lead to an increased number of entrepreneurs hence change magnitude the number of people who want to join the organization. ... Furthermore, the organization is bridging an information gap that exists in the market hence many want to join and benefit from the work that it offers. Another reason for the sharp increase in the number of people wanting to join the organization is the few number of organization that offer similar work. These are some of the courses for the increasing number of people that want to become members of the organization. However, for the organization to manage this increase effectively without negatively affecting the value of services it provides then it needs to develop smaller business teaching teams at the regional level that will deal with all the needs and concerns of members. These business development teams will perform a similar function as those in the head office in order to, effectively, manage the rising number of members without having a breakdown. However, they will not be in a position to make decisions. The management of the organization will be the sole custodians of all rights and privileges. Assignment ExampleThis scenario may, however, run to materialize. One of the factors that may lead to the failure of this machine is loss of fluorescence. The exact origin of foretell loss has not been established, but tentative explanations have been given. A mechanism that could explain this is the slow degradation of surface ligands and coatings, when they are in body fluids (Gao, Cui and Levenson). This bring down may be resolved by continuous laser excitation which corrects the surface defects. The process of imaging using CdSe quantum dots capped with ZnS may also fail due to the light type drug abused during imaging. The orange/red emitting QDs used are not optimized for tissue penetration. The QDs are also not optimized for imaging sensitivity. The mechanism associated with failure in this manner is the lack of capability of deep tissue imaging by this kind of light. To prevent failure in this manner, it is advisable to use far-red and near-infrared light. This light shoul d be in the spectral range of 650-900 nm. This wavelength is separated from the absorbing peaks of water and blood. For this reason, the tumor imaging sensitivity will be improved y at least tenfold (Gao, Cui and Levenson).Another factor that may cause the failure of this process is the toxic nature of CdSe QDs under extended periods of illumination by UV radiation. Radiation by UV dissolves the semiconductor particles causing the release of cadmium ions into the medium. Cadmium ions are toxic in nature. This may be avoided by the use of QDs with a stable polymer protection layer (Gao, Cui and Levenson). The stably protected QDs are non-toxic to cells they affect neither cell division, nor ATP production.Certain issues have to be addressed for the CdSe quantum dot-based cancer imaging to be successful. The researcher has to ask questions that include Is the mode of imaging economically viable basing on the

In order to achieve this, the author provides a background to the topic, and discusses the application of the doctrine in face of both the restitution and contract laws. Stages of the contract process be then interrogated to seek the different and similar requirements that necessitate application of the doctrine. Further, the views of scholars on the doctrine are explored so as to shed light on the ostensible controversy that the doctrine has created among researchers and practitioners. The author remarks that the explored literature does not provide a strong basis to warrant a review of the doctrine. Consequently, its applicability in redress law should remain as it is, even as more modern provisions of law are sought.Th e U.K. has some of the oldest, formalized insurance laws governing the insurance sector. The law on insurance has been evolving fast over the last century, with major developments intended to rhyme with the evolving geo-political scenes taking centre stage.3 For instance, the Maritime Insurance Act (1906) has lately been overhauled and the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act (2012) enacted as the industrys new regulatory framework in order to respond to a growing significance of antecedently non-existent industries and harmonize the various provisions of the insurance law.4 While different countries have adopted slightly varying versions of the insurance law, the maritime insurance law appears to go with a close-global script. The general script is largely similar to the UK Marine Insurance Act (1906) whose framework has been widely consulted to create equally competent laws for insurance industries in other jurisdictions.5 Perhaps this apparent similarity in th e way different jurisdictions draft their

Ratings In Schools And Accountability Systems Research Paper
Ratings In Schools And Accountability Systems - Research Paper ExampleAdministrators also feel pressure when accountability systems be adopted. They report that they must spend additional hours defending their schools competitive standing with parents, teachers, and the media--hours that they once spent more productively. In response to these worries and pressures, educators also begin to line up the focus of their efforts. Their curricula and teaching efforts become more standardized and superficial. Moreover, since they want their schools to look well on competitive essays, they tend to restrict instruction to the topics assessed by those tests. A sad example of how this process works was recently take outd by sociologists Jere Gilles, Simon Geletta, and Cortney Daniels. In 1993 the State of Missouri created an accountability program designed around a new assessment instrument, the Missouri Mastery Achievement Test. This test was tied to a new curriculum that had been developed by the states department of education, and all schools were mandatory to administer it so that it could be used as a report card--letting the public know how well their own schools were doing compared with others in the state. As Gilles and his colleagues describe the outcome, results of this. Quality programs and textbooks were scrapped in order to replace them with materials that directly taught the test, and an unholy competition emerged between districts and communities over test scores. In some districts a week or more of instructional time each year was devoted to this test.... scrapped in order to replace them with materials that directly taught the test, and an unholy competition emerged between districts and communities over test scores. In some districts a week or more of instructional time each year was devoted to preparing for this test (Gabbard 67).Moreover, this was not an isolated incident. As testing specialist George Madaus has suggested, when you have high-stakes t ests, the tests eventually become the curriculum. It happened with the Regents exams in New York. Items that are not emphasized in the testare not emphasized in school. Thats a fundamental lesson that cuts across countries and across time. Teaching has not changed that oftentimes its an art form. Given basically the same set of circumstances, teachers will behave in much the same way. . . . But if you go to Europe, to the British Isles, or to Australia and look at comparable literature, worries about the external achievement exams . . . appear often. And they write about cramming, about how they active for the exams. They write about how, after taking the exams, they purged their minds of the answers that they had learned (Gabbard 59).Somehow, we doubt that most Americans are interested in promoting school learning that is narrow, test-specific, standardized superficial, and easily forgotten--but that is incisively what accountability programs promote. It also takes a great deal of time and money to conduct accountability programs. According to a leading scholar, Arthur Wirth, citing the National Commission on Testing and Public Policy, mandatory testing in America now consumes annually some 20 billion school days and the equivalent of $700 and $900 million in direct and indirect expenditures. What this means, of course, is that schools regularly shortchange

The Social Science Theory of Feminism Essay Example for Free
The Social Science Theory of Feminism EssayThe affectionate science opening of feminism is one of the core theories that can help us substantiate the friendly proceeds of race trafficking. Feminism is a accruement of movements which work towards equality amid men and women in all aspects of life. There ar three strands of feminism which argon consisted of, Liberal feminism, Marxist feminism and organic feminism.Marxist feminism is comprised from the idea that capitalism is the root of womens oppression, and thus feminist move towards dismantling capitalism in order to liberate women. extreme feminism focuses on the theory that patriarchy is a system of cater which shapes society into a complex of relationships, based on the hypothesis that male power oppresses women (Turner, 2006).Finally, Liberal feminism emphasises equality between men and women through political and legal re organise, which is the most relevant strand of feminism in helping us belowstanding the c ompanionable retail store of people trafficking, as there be many debates astir(predicate) the political and moral plans in supporting our understanding of much(prenominal) an issue, and to a fault our approach towards it. Further more(prenominal), feminism plays a very important part in understanding and work gracious trafficking as feminists bring this social issue on the international agenda. The definition of pitying trafficking can be best described in the United Nations Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish tradingking in Persons, specially Women and Children article three, The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulner magnate, or the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation. (Sch loenhardt, Beirne Corsbie, 2009, pp. 28 29). star of the main differences between human trafficking and human smuggling is mainly the fact of exploitation, people being trafficked usually keep up had no free will in their decisions. Although the Protocol may have a definition for human trafficking, there is no set answer to the definition of this issue, as there is no cosmopolitan nature. There are many factors that lead to this exploitation, a few of the main ones includes, economic instability, vulnerability, lack of education from family and birth order (Blackburn, Taylor Davis, 2010, p. 08).Furthermore human trafficking is cogitate very closely with get off trafficking as women and sometimes men are trafficked into the country for the sole purpose of sexual exploitation. One of the big issues faced with the social issue of human trafficking is the lack of statistics and data that can be gathered ab extinct this issue, mainly based on the fact that many cases go unseen an d thus there isnt sufficient evidence for shape up investigations (Schloenhardt, Beirne Corsbie, 2009, p. 30).Moreover, difference sources of information have wide differences in the estimates of people trafficked in Australia, for example the organization would state several hundred persons are trafficked into Australia each year, however advocacy groups and non government organisations state several thousand (Schloenhardt, Beirne Corsbie, 2009, p. 224). As stated before, feminism is a theory that is strongly used in understanding the issue of human trafficking, however within the feminism movements, there are activists who have different perspectives about sex work, which to an extend broadens our views of human trafficking. This includes the Neo-abolitionists, organisations like the Coalition Against Trafficking in Women (CATW) who believe that sex work is gender based violence, and women are forced to be sex workers, not by choice. However on the other side there are the pro sex workers and alliances such as Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW) who believe that women have a choice to be sex workers, as sex work is a legitimate form of labour. Although there are some differences, many similarities still appear that highlights the main beliefs of feminists.Such as within the anti-trafficking strategy, pushing for decriminalization of prostitution, as this can cause many issues, discussed further on in the essay (Lecture, SLSP1000 Problems and issues in social science Sex trafficking, presented on 2nd May 2011 at The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Dr Sanja Milivojevic). When dealing with a social issue such as human trafficking, complexities within approaches to solving the issue is always present. The political approaches to the issue are implemented by the government, and also appear to be a positive outcome for trafficked people, but there are always possible hidden agendas. Furthermore during times the government implements laws and legislations without the in the flesh(predicate) interest of the trafficked in thought. However theories such as feminism allow us to also approach the issue in a moral aspect, and understand a broader perspective. In the United States of America, in 2000 the Palermo Protocol was adopted in hopes of addressing the issue of human trafficking, and soon after many other international and regional strategies were created to fight trafficking (Lecture, SLSP1000 Problems and issues in social science Sex trafficking, presented on 2nd May 2011 at The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Dr Sanja Milivojevic). Furthermore the United States and other countries of the arena adopted the 3P paradigm, which is a framework to combat contemporary forms of slave labor. The Ps stand for, prevention, usually the methods revolved around raising public sentience for the source and destination countries, in order to inform and educate them about human trafficking. Protection, this revolved around prot ecting the victims of trafficking, also in the United States under the Trafficking Victims Protections Act 2000, governments have a responsibility to provide identified victims of trafficking to remain in the country, work and obtain service. Finally, prosecution involves the prosecution of the traffickers. Except, how accurate could the government be in preventing trafficking, if there is not much solid evidence to help improve the flaws within the anti trafficking strategies? Furthermore a lot of victims of sex trafficking have to be sought out, as they will not come forward of this injustice on their own (Maltzahn, 2001), thus locating these women in order to dissolve the social issue is proved to be more difficult.Furthermore studies in Britain have shown that when detained, only a few women testify, and the rest usually are asked to be deported back, fearful that their exploiters would believe evidence was given against them, and thus could proceed with threats made to the vict ims and their families (Maltzahn, 2001). Unlike the United States, Australia uses the 3D framework, detention, deportation and disempowerment, which has be ridiculed for governments acting out of self-importance interest, and ridding of the burden of illegal workers in all forms. Also, in Australia some women who are detained for entering Australia illegally, are victims of sex trafficking, however the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and original Affairs (DIMIA) do not ask the detainees if they were trafficked instead of smuggled (Malzahn, 2001). In relation to the problem, even if the women were asked, a few would admit to being trafficked, not intentional that they are victims of a serious social issue. found on the idea that a lack of education leaves women and children not knowing what they have gotten themselves into, as a lot of women are either tricked into the exploitation, believing they were going to work in retail industries and such. In addition, the governm ents system of sending the women back to their nucleotide country is a very large flaw, as sending them back without knowing if they were the subject of a crime, simply subjects them to being trafficked again, if not to be a social outcast (Malzahn, 2001).In contrast to the governments solution of ridding of the detainees, and preventing emerging traffickers, the social theory of feminism allows for this issue to be seen from a more non positivist point of view. As feminists obviously do not view prosecution as their main priority but instead focuses on offering support for the women who had suffered violence, this broadens our understanding of the issue as we view it from a non political view (Malzahn, 2001).Adding to the role feminism plays in this social issue, although human trafficking usually victimises women, it shows the ability of women to take a lead in the struggles of the inequality of the world, and even put gender issues to the top of government agendas. Furthermor e, feminists have raised much awareness of this social injustice, and pushed governments to enforce legalisation (Heredia, 2007, p. 311). For example, it was feminists like Josephine Burtlet that pushed for the first international instrument again the white slave trade (Heredia, 2007, p. 12).In addition, there are many complexities that exit when look intoing the subject of human trafficking. One of the main factors is the strong focus on sex trafficking, and the lack of focus in the other forms. Also, there is a exceptional focus on the men who are effect by sex trafficking and other forms of exploitation. However, adapting the feminist view towards this issue, feminism primarily believes in the equality between men and women, and thus expands our thinking perspective on that fact that not only women are exploited but also men.The main complexity of researching human trafficking is the access to victims, proper research cannot be accomplished if victims are not willing to share their story of how they were exploited, thus making it difficult to prevent future trafficking from happening (Lecture, SLSP1000 Problems and issues in social science Sex trafficking, presented on 2nd May 2011 at The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Dr Sanja Milivojevic). In an attempt to combat human trafficking, there are certain patterns in Australia that can be noticed, for example the profiles of victims are usually, women, and the majority of women are usually from South East Asian countries. Based on research, most victims are promised employment in Australia, however whether or not victims knew they were surrendering themselves to sex work is not clear. Furthermore it has been research that upon arrival to Australia women are usually expected to work off the debt they have accumulated in coming to Australia, having to work a certain amount of jobs (Schloenhardt, Beirne Corsbie, 2009, p. 2).It has also been stated that offenders are usually organised criminals, and ethn ically based, however these stereotypes can lead to more harm than good, as they provide an inaccurate understanding of what governments should be looking out for. Referring back to the impact that feminism has on the understanding of this social issue, it is evident that the approach of feminism impacts strongly on the possible improvement research methods of people trafficking. The feminist empiricist approach to researching social issues violates empiricism in a way as androcentrism seeps into the social research (Smith, 2010, p. 313), and thus a more effective form of research would be in a non positivist view (Choo, Jang Choi, 2010). Using methods of research such as ethnography, will allow for social scientists to understand the solely story of victims to people trafficking, and thus have a deeper understanding of the issue.Furthermore, if legal sex workers were to be present while talking to victims of sex trafficking, it could prove to be a source of comfort for the victims , as they can relate to a certain extent (Maltzahn, 2001). Moreover, interviewing can be used as a research method to gain a greater insight into the issue also interviews can be conducted two ways, either formally or informally, based upon the victim. Thus, the theory of feminism can help us understand the social issue better, as it gives us a broader view of ways we can approach solving this issue and understanding it to the best we can as outsiders. In conclusion, the core theory of feminism has proven effective in aiding to understand the social issue of people trafficking. As the majority of people being trafficked are women, and thus, the support behind solving and understanding this issue is much related. Furthermore, feminism broadens the perspective on ways to view the victims and forms of research, such as ethnography and interviews, approaching from a non-positivist perspective, allowing for a greater comprehension of the issue.
